Birthday Cake

Chocolate Bundt Cake
I used my normal chocolate box mix adding milk instead instead of water. Then I made chocolate ganache: 12oz of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 cup of whipping cream; bring the cream to a boil, turn off heat and remove from burner, add chocolate chips (do not stir), let sit for 5 minutes, whisk until combined and let sit till cool for 10-15 minutes. I drizzled the ganache over the cake and topped it with raspberries.
