Just some cute ones...

Getting Sick with Great Friends

Getting sick is much easier when you have a set of best buddies to keep you company. Frank's just getting better after an almost two week stint of having a crazy virus that included coughing, fevers and a runny nose. For a kid and household that doesn't get sick very often this one really took us by storm. Thank goodness that we have two wonderful grandmas that keep us supplied with dolls for Frank. He's now become completely obsessed with the Muppets Show and the old Sesame Street episodes. He can say Ernie, Grover, Gonzo, Elmo and is working on Big Bird. It's funny how un-interested he is in cartoons. He just loves Muppets and let me tell you we watched our fare share of the episodes while Frank was sick. At least they are semi-educational, right?

Frank and Grover given to him by Grandma Nancy.
Daddy has one just like it that he grew up with. Grandma Nancy also just came over with a Cookie Monster puppet for Frank that I haven't gotten a picture of yet.
Frank and his new pillow and Muppets Movie courtesty of Grandma Connie.

Ernie and Frank. Frank loves pointing at his doll and then at the TV. You can tell he's a little crabby here. But, I promise he's much better now.

Randoms

Here are a couple of random photos from yesterday. Frank and I have been really enjoying our days off together. He's still not walking by himself very far, but we're learning other things and his vocabulary is amazing! He's working on feeding himself and drinking out of a cup.

You'll notice most of the water spilled down his shirt!

This is the funny face he made for me when I asked him to smile.

Seriously, could life get any better?
